Faldo Design was selected for the project in 2006. The facility is organised around three nine-hole loops, with the Lakes and Palms combinations measuring 7,435 and 7,315 yards respectively. The layout is characterised by rolling fairways, raised greens, elevated teeing areas and water features. The strategic design rewards golfers who choose lines carefully and manage approach distances rather than relying on power alone.

The clubhouse sits at the centre of the golf and social club, with a pro shop, food and beverage spaces and a golf academy supported by PGA professionals. A 300-yard driving range and dedicated practice greens give players room to work on their game away from the course.
