Course at a glance
Design and playing character
The course is a nine-hole, par-three layout, offering a short-format round that places the focus on iron play, distance control and putting rather than the driving demands of a full championship course. The design is associated with Fry/Straka Global Golf Course Design. A nine-hole format makes the club suitable for practice, introductory golf and shorter sessions that can fit around other activities on Yas Island.
Club facilities and setting
The club combines the golf course with practice and coaching facilities, clubhouse services and social spaces. Its community setting supports learning and regular play, while the surrounding Yas Acres development adds residential amenities and access to the wider Yas Island leisure district. The course is a distinct short-format venue and should not be confused with Abu Dhabi’s full-length championship courses.
